Marea's goal is to create a network of artistic residences along the 45 km of coastline so that this splendid land can once again be a laboratory of contemporary experimentation and creation overlooking the Mediterranean.

Being Marea means supporting and promoting the work of Italian and international artists, curators, researchers, through artistic residencies, exhibitions, workshops, while at the same time reactivating the participation of local communities. 
It means enhancing the encounter with the community through readings, film screenings and documentaries.  
Being Marea means growing and evolving together through the values of art and culture.
